    The staff made us feel welcome from the

    Moment we checked in. Everyone was friendly, especially our villa host Linh, were really nice to ensure our stay was perfect. We encountered some issues with the air conditioning in the third bedroom that weren't properly resolved.

    Beautiful serene private beach, fine view from family room, large family room

    Hot water in the shower takes forever to get warm!!! The spa experience was disappointing, I had to request a different therapist for a better massage!!! The reliance on a 45-90 day refund for a deposit is frustrating!!!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, with a spacious room that offered amazing views of the sea. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. I loved the amenities and the quick access to the beach. The drainage in the shower could use improvement as it often led to flooding in the bathroom.
